Peanut Butter Swirl Brownies

Ingredients: 

1 Box Brownie Mix
1/2 C. Peanut Butter
1/4 C. Powdered Sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. Melted Butter
1 Large Egg

Directions: 

1. Prepare brownie mix as directed on box for a 9x9 pan. In a bowl, stir peanut butter, powdered sugar, melted butter and egg until smooth.

2. Dollop Peanut Butter mixture onto brownie batter in the 9x9 pan, and swirl with knife. Bake according to directions on box.


Easy Homemade Pie Crust

Ingredients


  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 2 teaspoons white sugar

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

  • 2 tablespoons milk
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. Place all ingredients in 9 inch pie pan. Stir together with fork. Pat mixture into bottom and up the sides of the pan. Poke holes in bottom and side of crust.
3. Bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven, or until light brown.

Chumpkin Pie

This is a GREAT Thanksgiving Day Pie & a WONDERFUL change from the original Pumpkin Pie! So YUMMY! My kids insist I make at least 3 of these EVERY Thanksgiving.

Ingredients

8 oz. Cream Cheese

1 Cup Canned Pumpkin Pie Filling

1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar

2 1/2 Cups Whipped Topping

1 Easy Homemade Pie Shell (Look for Recipe in Blog!) ~OR~ 1 Frozen Mrs. Smith's Deep Dish Pie Shell 

Directions

1. Bake pie shell according to directions in recipe ~OR~ on package, if you are using a Frozen Pie Shell.

2. Beat Cream cheese, sugar & pumpkin pie filling w/electric mixer. Stir in whipped topping & spoon into cooled pie shell. Refrigerate for 2-3 hrs.

*** Can use reduced fat or light cream cheese & light whipped topping to save on calories & fat ***
