16oz. 2% Milk
4 Canned Pineapple Slices (ONLY 4 Slices)
2 Tbsp. Shredded Coconut (optional)
1 Med. - Lrg. Banana
2 Cups Ice
2 Tsp. Artificial Sweetener (Sweet-N-Low)
Directions:
Put all ingredients together in a blender - Blend & Enjoy!
