For those of you who are NOT fans of peas, these are REALLY good! This recipe is simple and very tasty and it's a nice change from the same ol' blah peas. I recommend you give it a try for sure!

16 oz. Frozen Green Peas
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 Onion, Chopped
2-3 tsp. Minced Garlic
1 Tbsp. Chicken Broth
Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Place the frozen Peas in a bowl of cold water to thaw, about 20 minutes.
2. Heat Olive Oil in skillet over Medium heat. Stir in Onion and Garlic, saute for about 5 minutes. Drain the frozen Peas well and add to the Onion and Garlic Saute mixture, stirring in Chicken broth. Season with Salt & Pepper.
3. Cover and cook until the peas are tender, just about another 4-5 minutes. You want to avoid the wrinkly and mushy look of over cooked frozen peas. The peas should be a vibrant Green.
