Ingredients:
1/4 C. Butter ~OR~ 1/4 C. Margarine
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
3 C. Flour
1 tsp. Salt
1 Tbsp. Baking Powder
3/4 to 1 C. Milk
2 tsp. Garlic Salt
Directions:
1. Preheat Oven to 420 F. Place oil & butter (or margarine) in 9x13 pan & put in oven to melt.
2. Stir dry ingredients together. Gradually add milk, stirring until dough forms and leaves the sides of the bowl.
3. Knead 5 to 6 times in the bowl. Place on a floured surface and roll into 9x13 rectangle. Lay the dough into the preheated pan on top of the butter and oil. Sprinkle with garlic salt. Cut into strips. Bake at 420 F. for 12 to 15 minutes or until done.
