Ingredients:
1 Pkg. (24 oz.) Frozen California Blend Vegetables
3-4 Tbsp. Olive Oil
3/4 tsp. Garlic Salt
3/4 tsp. Dried Oregano
1/2 tsp. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Dried Thyme
1/4 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
Directions:
1. Place vegetables in a single layer in an ungreased baking pan. Combine the remaining ingredients: drizzle over vegetables and toss to coat. (I put my vegetables in a gallon size storage bag and drizzle the remaining ingredients, close the bag and toss so everything is coated evenly.)
2. Bake, Uncovered at 425 F. for 20-30 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.
