Ingredients:
8 oz. Elbow Macaroni Noodles
1 C. Mayonnaise
3 Tbsp. Milk
2 Tbsp. Vinegar
1 Tbsp. Mustard
1 tsp. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1 C. Celery, Chopped Thin
1 C. Red Bell Pepper, Chopped
1/4 C. Red Onion, Chopped
Directions:
1. Cook & Drain Pasta according to package. Rinse in cold water to cool. I add ice cubes to the pasta as I'm rinsing in cold water to help speed the cooling time.
2. In a large bowl, combine Mayonnaise, Milk, Vinegar, Mustard, Sugar, Salt & Pepper. Add Macaroni, Bell Pepper, Onion and Celery. Toss to coat.
3. Cover & Chill to Blend Flavors.
* Add-Ins:
2 Tbsp. (or Less per your preference) Ranch Salad Dressing
1/2 C. Cubed or Shredded Cheddar Cheese
